The Albion Jazz Ensemble is comprised of students from Albion College selected by audition each fall. The ensemble performs eight to ten concerts per school year, including two shows each semester on the Albion College campus. Additionally, the band has a monthly engagement at Cascarelli's Restaurant in downtown Albion. The Jazz Ensemble plays a wide range of repertoire, from classic big band compositions by Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Billy Strayhorn to modern arrangements by contemporary composers such as Bob Mintzer, Ellen Rowe, Pat Metheny, and Matt Harris.

The Briton Singers is a select group of 25 vocalists chosen from Concert Choir members. The group specializes in chamber choir literature and rehearses at noon nearly every weekday. Major events for the Briton Singers include hosting ChoralFest (a high school chamber choir festival) and the opera workshops, international competitions, and local tours.
